Once the 3+1 Psychology program launched, I hopped on board and decided that was the pathway that I wanted to follow. I chose this field because it gives you so many transferable skills applicable to any job in the world. I studied psychology; however, I also received an associate degree in sociology.
I always had a burning desire to serve and give back to the community that has given me so much. I was a police explorer within the department during three of my four years at Cherokee High School and eventually achieved the rank of Lieutenant.
Black Friday was a little different this year in my house. Instead of shopping and fighting the crowds for the best deals, I was planning a party to sit in front of the television. My episode of Sugar Rush Christmas debuted on Netflix, so I invited my closest friends and family to watch me and my partner Toni Lynn Dickinson compete for $10,000.
It was truly a blessing to work with such talented and hard-working individuals on a major, cutting-edge endeavor. In my humble opinion, this is not just the stuff scholarships and employment offers are made of; these students are the archetypes of intellectual spirit, second only to Nobel Laureates themselves.
Like many of his peers, Andrew Hull chose Rowan College at Burlington County because it makes so much financial sense. He began as a Communications major; however, it wasn’t long before he switched to Political Science after diving into a constitutional law class.
“One main thing I love is the people I meet on the show. It seems like a really big industry, but it’s actually rather small and connected, and supportive. I’ve developed some really nice relationships over the years with people all over the world,” said Fehder, of Cherry Hill, who teaches in Rowan College at Burlington County’s (RCBC) Culinary Arts program and has become a regular reality TV chef.
The results are in. The Region XIX Soccer and Garden State Athletic Conference Soccer Committees announced their 2019 All-Region and All-Conference Teams. Through their hard work and dedication, seven Rowan College at Burlington County players earned their spots on the list.
