Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)

Rowan College at Burlington County is a public community college accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 1007 North Orange Street, 4th Floor, MB #166, Wilmington, DE 19801 (267-284-5000) www.msche.org. The MSCHE is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and approved by the State of New Jersey.

RCBC is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. The college is approved under Title 38, U.S. Code, Section 1775 for veterans' training and is a designated Servicemembers Opportunity College.
