Business Engagement

We respond to local businesses' needs.

We work with local and regional business partners to provide responsive, industry-relevant, and innovative solutions that meet today’s and tomorrow’s demands.

The Business Engagement team studies economic and labor market trends, evaluates growth and critical industries, and provides the college with information to formulate and refine career pathways.

This department also offers grant-funded and customized training programs to enhance the skills of incumbent workers, providing businesses with the tools needed to retain qualified staff.

Business Engagement at RCBC offers grant-supported training for New Jersey employees in basic skills and workplace literacy. For eligible employers, this program is made possible through the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) grant. Your employees can be trained at no charge in employee development, leadership development, technology, communication, and various other skill sets.
