Microsoft Office 365 for RCBC Students

Get started in just two easy steps:

1. Create an account using your RCBC email address. Once you’ve created your account, return to this page to proceed to step two.
2. Submit your RCBC activation request via this form to validate eligibility for your Office 365 license. If you do not submit this request, you will only be able to access the online versions of the Office 365 apps and will not be able to download and install them on your personal computer.

Please note: Your use of Microsoft’s 365 suite of apps and services is supported directly by Microsoft, not by the college. You can also find helpful tips and training at the Microsoft 365 Training Center.

Notes on Compatibility

• The Microsoft Office 365 desktop apps can only be installed on Windows 10 and Mac OS based computers.
• The Office 365 desktop apps cannot be installed on Chromebooks or other Chrome OS devices. Only the Office 365 web applications can be used on Chromebooks.
• Microsoft Access can only be used on Windows 10 based computers.
