Sign up early! A decision will be made one week in advance on whether there are enough students to run a course. Our instructors look forward to delivering each class and work hard to provide you with the tools you need to achieve your goals. If you wait until the last minute to register, our instructors will not have enough time to prepare their materials. Don't miss out on starting or continuing your educational journey with RCBC!

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be submitted one business day prior to the start of class. Any requests for refund after the start of class are subject to approval by the Exceptions and Appeals Committee. Should you wish to submit an appeal, contact noncredit@rcbc.edu or 856-222-9311, ext. 2323. You should submit your request within 90 days of the occurrence. The Committee makes its decision based on the student’s written petition as supported by appropriate documentation (i.e., verification of extended hospitalization from a doctor or hospital, transfer orders signed by a military commander, etc.).
