Brain Boost! Make Mental Health a Priority This Semester

Start the semester strong by getting organized, setting goals, and making your mental health a priority! Join our discussion plus a hands-on project to help you boost your mental wellbeing this semester. There will be snacks! And it's a great way to meet people on campus.
We'll help you:

  • Learn free, fast, and realistic ways to relieve stress and anxiety
  • Identify problem patterns to reduce procrastination and executive dysfunction
  • New students, find out about campus services that help with academics and your well-being
  • Returning RCBC students, get a fresh perspective on dealing with stress
  • Meet the campus mental health counselor, meet other students like you, and share what you know about mental health! We want to hear from you.
