Rowan College at Burlington County will welcome a professional astronomer to its Mount Laurel campus as part of a prestigious nationwide lecture series on Oct. 14.
Antara R. Basu-Zych, a research astrophysicist at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), is a part of the 2026 cohort of American Astronomical Society (AAS) astronomers who will speak at schools and community institutions nationwide.
