Although most of us cannot get the N95 mask that doctors and nurses wear, it’s helpful to have something to cover our mouths and noses to help mitigate the spread of the virus. I really wish I could do more, but the little that I do fills my soul with joy.”

Rowan College at Burlington County basketball players Tyshea Griffin, of Willingboro, Raquel Crooke, of Spain and Jonathan Baruti, of the Congo, picked up Division II Region XIX and Division II Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) honors.

On Wednesday, April 8, at 1 pm, join Rowan College at Burlington County’s Director of Student Life John Costa and Assistant Director of Testing and Tutoring Sherley Cadet, as they share their tips and experiences creating a virtual campus community that remains open when we can’t physically access the campus.

“My main focus going into nursing was to help others who may not be able to help themselves. There’s such a reward and benefit to doing that,” Paul said. “When I see people in need, especially when it comes to their health, I try to do anything I can to help them. We’re all in this world together, and it’s important to be there for one another.”
