Pamela Joseph

Pamela Joseph was part of the college’s first radiography class. She graduated from RCBC in 1989 with her associates degree in Radiography. She later earned her bachelor’s degree from Widener University and her master’s degree from Midwestern State University.

Joseph worked for 15 years as an X-ray and computed tomography technologist. She then transitioned into educating future radiologic technologists. When the opportunity arose to be the director of the program where her career began, she happily applied and has been the director of RCBC’s radiography program since 2016.

“My life has come full circle,” Joseph said. “I am now in charge of the program that gave me the career I love.”

When she is not teaching, she can be found traveling or spending time with her schnauzer/bichon mix, Miss Olivia.

Pamela’s story is part of RCBC’s 50 stories for 50 years. In honor of the college’s 50th anniversary, RCBC is profiling students, faculty, administrators, alumni and the college community.
