2020 in block letters with graduation cap

Rowan College at Burlington County will celebrate its 2020 graduates via a virtual watch party on May 15, at 1 pm.

The college will stream a video via Facebook Live, including remarks from RCBC President Dr. Michael A. Cioce, class valedictorian Shanni Prutchi, President’s Award recipients Timothy Wilkinson and Justin Foster and the Professor of the Year.

RCBC will recognize 2,190 graduates, the largest number of graduates in the college’s history. The celebration will also include a visual listing of every graduate by name and recognition of several award recipients that are typically presented at the end of an academic year. Students will be able to engage in a live chat with one another throughout the event.

Additionally, RCBC will recognize Dress for Success winners through their YouTube channel at 6 pm on May 13. The celebration highlights a program aimed to prepare students for the workplace. Participants receive free professional attire, engage in mock interviews and resume writing workshops, and network with potential employers. The YouTube video will include student remarks, guest speakers and student biographies.
