Student Success Center with thumbs up and heart icons

When coronavirus hit Burlington County, classes at Rowan College at Burlington County quickly shifted to an online format. In-person meetings transitioned to Google Hangouts, Webex and other web-based options. And events were held virtually. Adapting while moving forward remained at the forefront of the college’s decision-making process.

And, with the fall semester fast approaching, RCBC continues to reinvent what it means to educate in the midst of a pandemic. In addition to on-campus, online and hybrid courses, we’ve added two new options -- hybrid mixed mode and an online live option that allows students to benefit from the structure of an in-person class without having to leave the comfort of their homes.

On Wednesday, July 22, at 1 pm, please join Cathy Briggs, RCBC’s Dean of Student Success, and Jarrett Kealey, RCBC’s Interim Dean of Enrollment Management and Music student Domenica Rosati, as they discuss the five different types of courses, how students can decide which format is best for their unique learning styles, tips for enrolling and how to maximize the RCBC student experience. Tune in on RCBC’s Facebook page.

“These options provide students with the flexibility to respond to changing health conditions in order to make choices that best meet their needs,” RCBC President Dr. Michael A. Cioce said.
