A large-scale math reform aimed at helping more students graduate increased course pass rates and decreased the use of developmental math during its first semester of implementation at Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC).
"Two years ago, we identified that math was a stumbling block that prevented many students from completing their goals,” said RCBC President Dr. Michael A. Cioce. “We will make math a stepping stone for student success.”

Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) and Rowan University announced a new way for Engineering Technology students to complete their bachelor’s degrees. The two institutions signed an addendum to their 2019 partnership agreement that creates a new pathway for RCBC students seeking a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Rowan University.
“The EET program at RCBC is a great hands-on program that teaches you real skills and how to use devices that you will see on job postings,” said RCBC Electrical Engineering student Nathan Philbin.
