When calling or emailing the Student Help Desk, you should always include your student ID number in your message so we may better assist you with your inquiry.

RCBC Students
To request support with BaronOne Microsoft ENTRA, students can submit a Help Desk Ticket. Make sure to supply accurate contact information so we can resolve your issue quickly.
Please allow at least 24 hours response time during business hours.
RCBC Employees
For employees who are locked out of their BaronOne account, please call our help desk voice mailbox 856-242-5871 to request a password reset of your account.
