This comprehensive course combines classroom instruction with practical skills training in a clinical lab setting. Learn cardiac anatomy and physiology, proper lead placement for routine EKGs and stress testing, cardiac electrical conduction, and the use of monitoring equipment for patient assessment.
Upon successful completion, students are prepared to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified EKG Technician (CET) exam.
