Pharmacy technicians have faster-than-average growth opportunities in the industry.
Pharmacy technicians are an integral part of the pharmacy team. They play critical roles in patient care and are responsible for crucial functions, such as sterile compounding, inventory management, medication distribution, and other essential medication and administrative functions.
- The average entry-level salary is more than $40,000 in Burlington County
- Earn your certification within 10 weeks
Course Information
- Meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8 am to noon at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Pemberton
- Plus, 32 hours of job shadowing experience
- Course completed in 10 weeks
- Classes run March 4 - April 24, 2025

- Hospital pharmacy
- IV Compounding Technician
- Medication Reconciliation Technician
- Pharmacy Buyer/Inventory Specialist
- Drug Program Analyst/Buyer
- Pharmacy Informatics
- Immunization Administration
- Physical Exam
- Immunizations including tetanus, flu, PPD, and titers
- Health Insurance
- Liability insurance
- Criminal background and drug screen
- RCBC scrubs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Must own a laptop and have reliable access to the internet
- CPR certification
