Pharmacy technicians are an integral part of the pharmacy team. They play critical roles in patient care and are responsible for crucial functions, such as sterile compounding, inventory management, medication distribution, and other essential medication and administrative functions.

Course Information
- Meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8 am to noon at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Pemberton
- Plus 32 hours of job shadowing experience
- Course completed in 10 weeks
- Upcoming Schedule: March 4, 2025 - April 24, 2025 / Tuesday, Thursday (8 am - 12 pm)

- Medication Reconciliation Technician
- Pharmacy Buyer/Inventory Specialist
- Drug Program Analyst/Buyer
- Pharmacy Informatics
- Immunization Administration
- Physical Exam
- Immunizations including tetanus, flu, PPD, and titers
- Health Insurance
- Liability insurance
- Criminal background and drug screen
- RCBC scrubs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Must own a laptop and have reliable access to the internet
- CPR certification
