New RCBC trustee brings extensive state government experience
MARLTON – The Rowan College at Burlington County Board of Trustees welcomed a new trustee who holds a high-ranking position in New Jersey state government.
Justin Braz, who is currently assistant commissioner of the N.J. Department of Transportation, was appointed by Governor Murphy to fill a vacancy on the board.
“I really want to have an opportunity to serve the community,” Braz said.

Jonathan D'Arpino developed an interest in law and public service when he discovered his mother's unappreciated work with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Her focus was on helping children in need of secure, nourishing and supportive homes. He grew up in Cinnaminson, New Jersey where he attended the local high school before enrolling in Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC).

Mount Laurel – Thanks to a gift from the WSFS CARES Foundation, the charitable giving arm of WSFS Bank, several adult students seeking their high school equivalency diploma at Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) will have access to free training for a career in growing fields such as information technology, healthcare and business logistics.
Emily Schadt joins RCBC Board of Trustees as alumni trustee
Rowan College at Burlington County graduate Emily Schadt recently joined the college’s Board of Trustees as this year’s alumni trustee. As a young dance enthusiast forced to take an unexpected detour due to a sudden health challenge, Schadt arrived at RCBC as a Health Science student specializing in physical therapy after years of overcoming her health issues.
