The Culinary Arts Center at RCBC is a 19,000 square foot, regional landmark in the heart of historic Mount Holly. Our culinary students leave RCBC prepared to take their place in the rapidly growing food service industry, as well as be eligible for seamless transfer to other four-year college or universities. Prepare for this in-demand field in our state-of-the-art facility.

We invite you to tour the Culinary Arts Center, enjoy a meal at our Student-Run Restaurant Vaulted Cuisine or enroll in a degree program.

Student-Run Restaurant | Vaulted Cuisine

For $35 per person, the students will provide you with appetizers and desserts made to order and buffet style entrees.

Please join us this fall on Wednesday nights! 

Reservations required. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance, be sure to check back for dates later in the term

Appetizers- Made-to-Order


Kartoffelpuffer

(German Potato Pancakes), shallow-fried pancakes of grated potatoes, flour and eggs. Served with Black Forest Ham & Sauerkraut


Bratwurst Bites

Served with a Sauerkraut Dipping Sauce


Gurkensalat

(German Cucumber Salad) Crisp, thinly sliced cucumbers and onions in a simple sour cream and dill dressing


Kartoffelsuppe (German Potato Soup),

Deliciously-creamy comfort in every bowl! It’s one of the most popular soups in Germany

 

Unlimited Entrees- Served Buffet style

 

Sauerbraten

Traditional German beef roast that is marinated, browned, and slow-cooked. Served with
Rotkohl (braised German Red Cabbage) and Kartoffelklöße (German Potato Dumplings)

 

German Baked Cod in Mustard Cream

Flaky, white cod fish, baked in a creamy mustard sauce.

 

Portabella Schnitzel with Camembert and Garlic Potato Rosettes (vegetarian)

Vegetarian alternative to the famous Wiener Schnitzel (breaded veal cutlet), created by German-born Chef Marcel Biro.

Lebkuchen Herzen

(German Gingerbread Hearts), These German Gingerbread Hearts decorated with loving messages are passed out at Oktoberfest.


Linzer Torte

This shortcake pastry with redcurrant jam is named after the city of Linz and is the oldest-known cake in the world.


Black Forest Roll

Chocolate cake roll filled with fresh cream, cherries and cherry liqueur. Finished with an indulgent dark chocolate ganache.
