College life is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Managing stress and anxiety isn’t always easy, and over time, it can take a real emotional toll. The good news is that small intentional steps make a meaningful difference. 

Here are a few ways to help gain a sense of balance:

  • Focusing on things you can control.
  • Staying connected. Regular one-on-one conversations with family and friends—whether in person, over video, or via FaceTime—can help you feel grounded and supported.
  • Taking care of your mind and body by prioritizing regular exercise, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and time outdoors—even a short, quiet walk can help reset your mood. 

A calmer, more centered college experience starts with these simple habits.
