BRAVE: Leadership Development Day

Location: Votta Hall - Mount Laurel Campus

The 2025 BRAVE Leadership Development Day is a transformative one-day learning experience provided by the BRAVE (Brothers Achieving Excellence) program in collaboration with the Career Preparation and Experiential Learning Department at Rowan College at Burlington County to develop and cultivate leadership skills within our students such that they are better prepared for their academic and professional endeavors.  Through interactive and engaging workshops facilitated by successful professionals in the local community and a renowned keynote speaker, the objective of this experience is for students to experience the following:

1. Learn leadership concepts using *NACE (8) Core Career Readiness Competencies 
2. Develop a growth mindset by participating in exciting and engaging workshops where they experience practical scenarios of the leadership concepts they learn.
3. Become equipped for leadership roles in their academic and professional experiences by taking responsibility for the success of their own educational and professional aspirations.
4. Develop highly sought-after leadership skills that are essential to the success of their career endeavors.
