This comprehensive training prepares you for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam using the latest FDA Food Code standards. You’ll learn the essential principles of safe food handling and sanitation to protect public health and maintain compliance.
Topics include personal hygiene, time and temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, cleaning and sanitizing, safe food storage and preparation, and proper cooking, cooling, reheating, and thawing procedures. The course also introduces HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems and key food safety regulations for effective restaurant and foodservice management.
