Earn an RCBC Associate of Science degree and a Rowan University Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Global Business and Leadership with the 3+1 Business major.

Develop your business skills with a unique focus on global business and leadership. This unique program allows you to complete an associate's and bachelor's degree on the RCBC Mount Laurel Campus and become eligible for admission to an MBA program with Rowan University.

Admission Requirements for the bachelor's degree: Calculus (MTH 118 or MTH 142), Statistics (MTH 143 or MTH 107) and a 2.5 GPA.

* This program can be completed fully online (pending math placement) or in a hybrid format (in-person in Mount Laurel with some online courses).

This pathway leads to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Global Business and Leadership from Rowan University.

3+1 students must earn at least one associate degree before transitioning into senior year. We recommend the associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Option: Business Administration (AS.BUS). Other associate degrees are acceptable. Students should contact the Rowan Relations Office for more information about other pathways. Below is a sample schedule. Semester 2 (16 credits)

  • ENG 102 College Composition II
  • Natural Science with Lab (see associate’s degree for options)

  • Diversity (recommend ANT 102 or REL 205 for international studies minor)

If you completed all recommended and required courses, can earn AS.BUS degree after semester 4.

*BUA 220, MTH 142 or MTH 118 and MTH 143 or MTH 107 must be C- or higher.

Fall only start for junior year courses.

BUA 375, BUA 234 and BUA 300 are fall only courses; must be signed up for 3+1 to register for this courses

BUA 301 and BUA 302 are spring only courses; must be signed up for 3+1 to register for this courses.

BUA 361 is spring or summer only; must be have an approved internship to register for this course.

Courses are taken in a hybrid format (online and in Mount Laurel) or fully online. Need 2.5 GPA to transition into senior year.
