Welcome to the online version of the college’s 2024 Annual Report, which celebrates the great student, faculty, and staff accomplishments of the 2023-2024 academic year and creates a way for our community to express gratitude for each other. Expressing gratitude is important for our mental and physical health, relationships, and overall well-being. And it just feels good to give and receive thanks.

The physical part of this report is gratitude boxes installed throughout the campus and cards with the year’s highlights expressed as gratitude from the college. The cards allow people to write an individual gratitude message on the back.

This website allows you to see the complete set of cards and submit digital appreciations through this form.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with hard-working students and dedicated faculty and staff who are wholly vested in helping them transform their lives through education.

Dr. Michael A. Cioce

The evolution of RCBC’s annual reports

Since 2018, the college has reimagined the concept of an annual report and continually tries to redefine how to present the college’s annual story and data to the community. Over the years, we have presented the report in unusual formats such as tarot cards, jigsaw puzzles, and audio cassettes.

Our work has been recognized with professional marketing awards, but nothing is more rewarding than seeing it resonate with our students and peers. Here’s a look at the reports over the years.
