All students are considered to be adults in the eyes of the college and are expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Students are ultimately responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their guests and visitors.

Title IX Procedures

In order to provide a campus environment free from all forms of harassment and discrimination students and staff are encouraged to report any incidents of gender-based misconduct.

RCBC Students: Upholding the Student Code of Conduct

The Parking Ticket Appeals Committee reviews appeals submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in RCBC’s Student Handbook. The committee typically meets on the last Thursday of each month to review cases.

To appeal a ticket, please complete the Traffic Appeals Form, which is available online. Appeals are only accepted through this online process. If supporting documents are required, they can be submitted via email to parkingappeals@rcbc.edu, as specified on the Appeals Form. Documents may also be faxed, following the instructions provided on the form.

Response letters are generally sent within five business days after the committee meeting. Please ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time to avoid delays in the review process.

At Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC), we encourage all community members to resolve concerns at the lowest appropriate level. Refer to the table below and begin with Tier I, escalating to the next level only if a resolution cannot be achieved.

Whenever possible, address your concern with the individual or department most directly involved, as they are often best equipped to provide a timely and effective resolution. Bypassing this initial step and escalating prematurely may delay the resolution process.

Please allow sufficient time for a resolution at each level before proceeding to the next. This approach fosters efficient and constructive communication, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
