Here is everything you need to get started as an EOF student at RCBC.

Did you know that once you're accepted into the EOF Program, we'll continue to work with you until you graduate? All you need to do is resubmit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and successfully complete your program requirements each semester.

EOF Summer Pre-College Learning Institute

PCLI is designed to introduce first-time eligible EOF students to the high expectations, demanding workload, increased academic liberties and other aspects of college life, as well as introduce them to their responsibilities as members of the college community. The multi-day program includes enrichment workshops, engagement in cohort building activities, an introduction to campus leaders and preparation for college life. 

Benefits of Attending Summer Institute:

  • Early orientation to the college environment.
  • Strengthen basic academic, critical thinking and personal skills required to succeed at college.
  • Early identification and cohort development of EOF eligible students.
  • Immediate relationship building and interaction with campus agents.

Incoming Transfer Students

Are you transferring to the Rowan College at Burlington County EOF program from another college or university?

The EOF program provides support services to eligible transfer students who are accepted into the program. Our goal is to help you identify and pursue your academic, career and personal goals!

Transfer students must:

  • Complete the RCBC admissions process.
  • Have a completed FAFSA on file for the current academic year
  • Meet the EOF program eligibility requirements for undergraduate students and income guidelines for the State of New Jersey
  • Complete the campus EOF program application and submit all required paperwork, including the essay, IRS tax transcript and any other paperwork requested by the Financial Aid Office to verify eligibility before the deadline.
  • Register for at least six college credits to be considered for aid.
  • Provide a signed EOF transfer form from their transferring (or former) institution (if applicable).
  • Ensure their official transcript (if transferring credits) is sent from their transferring college or university to the Office of the Registrar for evaluation. Send official transcripts to:

  • Interview with the RCBC Campus EOF Director or designee.
  • Activate and adhere to the terms in the EOF contract to remain eligible with the program (if admitted).
