When calling or emailing the Student Help Desk, you should always include your student ID number in your message so we may better assist you with your inquiry.

BaronOne makes access to online services more convenient and safer for the college community by providing access to many of your college accounts with a single username and password. Be sure to try the below steps to access your account first and if you are still having trouble please submit a ticket using the link at the bottom of this page.
- Visit rcbc.edu/BaronOne to get started.
- Enter your RCBC student email address as the username. Your RCBC student email is your firstname_lastname@mymail.rcbc.edu.
- If your name is John Smith, your RCBC student email will be john_smith@mymail.rcbc.edu.
- If you have a common name, you may have numbers as part of your username, for example: john_smith1234@mymail.rcbc.edu.
- If you are unsure if your username includes numbers, or attempting to login with your firstname_lastname@mymail.rcbc.edu does not work, please contact the Student Help Desk at ext. 1388 or studenthelpdesk@rcbc.edu for further assistance.
- Enter your initial default password in this format: birthdate (mmddyyyy+first initial+last initial+ID number*). Your former email password is no longer valid.
- An example of a login for a student named Baron Oxley, born March 1, 1991, whose student ID number is 3131313, would be:
- baron_oxley@mymail.rcbc.edu
- 03011991bo3131313
- Click the “LOG IN” button.
- On your first login, you will be prompted to:
- Acknowledge the college’s email policy.
- Set up a new password.
- Set up multifactor authentication on your account
