Requirements and application
To take advantage of Virtua's tuition reimbursement plan, you will need:
- qualify as either a full-time or part-time employee
- contact your Human Resources (HR) office to collect the appropriate paperwork
- receive a C or better in the class in order for Virtua’s tuition reimbursement plan to qualify
Students are responsible for additional fees and materials.
Students must be enrolled in specific programs to qualify. Please reach out to your partnership liaison for more information at partnerships@rcbc.edu.
Your first step is to complete the online application. The application is free to submit and only takes a few minutes. Once you complete the application, you will want to contact your HR team to see what your employer requires and email partnerships@rcbc.edu to confirm requirements for RCBC.
