Barons Pass to buildings

To protect the safety of our community,  RCBC will begin Barons Pass for most college buildings in fall 2024. Students, faculty and staff will use pass cards (their college IDs) to enter academic and staff buildings starting Monday, Sept. 16.

Is your RCBC ID ready for Barons Pass?

Barons Pass is part of your RCBC ID card. Nearly all staff have the correct cards already, and Public Safety has begun issuing them to students. How do I tell if my card is updated? Check out the back of the card and ensure it has a six-digit number like the one circled in the photo.

What if I have an old card? Students can visit Public Safety in the Student Success Center to receive a new one at anytime. There is no charge to upgrade your card or to replace malfunctioning cards. There is a $20 fee to replace lost cards.

Which buildings?

The Student Success Center’s main entrance will remain open to the public. The Mount Holly Campus will be open to the public from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday, but limited to students and staff during other hours.

Students enrolled in courses will be able to enter academic buildings – Health Sciences Center, Laurel Hall, Science Building, TEC and Votta. Access will be updated each semester.

Staff will be able to swipe into all buildings on campus.

Guests

Guests who have an appointment in a building should call the office they’re visiting to access the building. Guests without an appointment should call Public Safety at (856) 434-7233 (SAFE) or ext. 2100.
