Liberal Arts training has long been considered the mark of becoming an educated person. This degree provides the standard preparation for entering a 4-year degree program at a transfer institution. 

Looking to pursue an academic concentration in one of the natural science or health sciences areas? This program is a general education foundation that provides flexibility to accommodate the requirements to transfer to most four-year institutions.

Get exposed to coursework that will assist in transferring to 4-year institutions and earn a completion certificate.  

Prepare and interpret financial statements, perform all steps in the accounting cycle, utilize accounting systems and more with this in-depth study of accounting theory and practice with a strong background in general education.

Gain the necessary skills and preparation in the business disciplines, accounting, business law, economics, management, statistics and other business-related courses.  

This program is designed to parallel the first two years of a program in Chemical Engineering at a four-year institution. Chemical Engineering graduates work at manufacturing companies in chemical processes, such as petrochemical refineries and pharmaceutical companies. 

Prepare for transfer into bachelor's program leading to careers in fields such as an industrial chemist, pharmaceutical chemist, medicine, pharmacy and environmental technology. 

Prepare to become a teacher, teacher assistant or paraprofessional in the K-12 school setting. Program courses emphasize best practices, theory and diversity among populations of students.
