We can help RCBC students who are experiencing issues with logging into or using any of RCBC’s online accounts, including the BaronOne portal, Self-Service or student email.

When calling or emailing the Student Help Desk, you should always include your student ID number in your message so we may better assist you with your inquiry.

BaronOne makes access to online services more convenient and safer.

To access your BaronOne account:

  1. Visit rcbc.edu/BaronOne.
  2. Enter your RCBC student email address as the username (firstname_lastname@mymail.rcbc.edu).
    • If your name is John Smith, your RCBC student email will be john_smith@mymail.rcbc.edu.
    • If you have a common name, you may have numbers as part of your username, for example: john_smith1234@mymail.rcbc.edu.
    • If you are unsure if your username includes numbers, or attempting to login through these steps does not work, please contact us.
  3. Enter your initial default password. (mmddyyyy+first initial+last initial+ID number*). 
    • An example of a login for a student named Baron Oxley, born March 1, 1991, whose student ID number is 3131313, would be:
      • Username: baron_oxley@mymail.rcbc.edu
      • Password: 03011991bo3131313
  4. Click the “LOG IN” button.
