Getting Started

Applying to Rowan College at Burlington County online is FREE and very easy to do. 

Rowan College at Burlington County has an open enrollment policy and you may begin your studies at RCBC if:

  • You have a high school diploma or
  • You have an equivalency (GED) certificate or
  • You are a high school or home schooled student with permission or
  • You are a non-high school graduate with ability to perform college-level work and benefit from post-secondary education.

In order to ensure your application is processed correctly, please review if you meet any of the following criteria:

  • If you are a current high school or homeschool student seeking to take classes while in high school, click here.
  • If you are an international student seeking an F-1 visa, click here.
  • If you have applied/taken classes at RCBC within the last three years (not including CAP/dual enrollment courses), click here.

Helpful Tips

Saved Application
You do not have to complete an application in one sitting. An application can be started and you can save your work, access the application at a later time to continue working from where you left off. All you need is access to the internet, and you will have access to the information previously completed.

Name and Address Changes
Submission of the RCBC admissions application will change the address information currently on file. In order to complete a change name please complete a Student Record Change form and submit to the Office of the Registrar.
