Workforce Development Institute

Highly skilled, motivated employees are key to your business' success. Skill-enhancing training can also serve as a powerful employee retention tool in today's competitive labor market. Employees often list training second only to healthcare when ranking benefits in order of importance.

Time is money when it comes to training your staff. Sometimes, pre-packaged training programs just don't measure up to the specific needs of your industry, your company, or even your branch or location. Let the Institute’s Business Response Team analyze your goals, timeline, and budget. We'll tailor training solutions to meet your specific challenges - and deliver them, day or night, at your site or one of the college's convenient facilities in Mt. Laurel, Willingboro, or Mt. Holly.

Consulting Services Include:

  • Workforce Assessment
  • Labor Market Information
  • Training Programs (On-the-Job Training)
  • Focus Groups
  • Tax Incentive Information
  • Layoff Aversion Strategies
