Special Board of Trustees Meeting

In accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., notice is hereby given that there shall be a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Rowan College at Burlington County to be held on Thursday, Dec. 18 at 5:30 pm. The Special Meeting will be held in-person and streamed live. The in-person meeting shall take place at the Rowan College at Burlington County, Mount Laurel Campus, in the Student Success Center, Room 138. 

The purpose of this meeting is to consider approval of Amended and Supplemental Charges against Michael Cioce, approval of authorization to outside counsel Weiner Law Group, LLC, to assert certain claims on behalf of the College in the litigation instituted by Cioce, approval of Resolution No. 2025-350-02 “Acknowledgement of Middle States Commission on Higher Education Warning Status and Commitment to Compliance,”  approval of Resolution No. 2025-350-05, “Resolution Granting Authority to the Acting President for Institutional Reorganization and Position Management,” and certain personnel actions.
