Special Board of Trustees Meeting

In accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., notice is hereby given that there shall be a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Rowan College at Burlington County to be held on Monday, November 3 at 5:00 pm. The Special Meeting will be held in-person and streamed live. In-person Meeting shall take place at Rowan College at Burlington County, Mount Holly Campus, Culinary Arts Center, 21 Mill Street, in Room 234 on the second floor. 

The purpose of this meeting is to enter executive session to discuss legal update of pending litigation (Cioce v. RCBC, et al), attorney-client privilege, and discussion of personnel. Action will be taken during public session. The Board will conduct its business according to the agenda below.

RCBC, et al, and personnel. Any formal action resulting from executive session discussions will be taken in open session.
