Ongoing improvements at the Mount Laurel campus may affect parking. Lot 6 is partially unavailable due to the covered solar-panel parking project. If needed, use overflow parking across from Evans Hall on Briggs Road. Allow extra time to find parking and walk to class, and always use designated crosswalks when crossing campus roads.

Rowan College at Burlington County's STEM department will welcome a professional astronomer to its Mount Laurel campus as part of a prestigious nationwide lecture series on Oct. 14.

Antara R. Basu-Zych, a research astrophysicist at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), is a part of the 2026 cohort of American Astronomical Society (AAS) astronomers who will speak at schools and community institutions nationwide.
