Tonight's special Board of Trustees meeting as recognized on the Burlington County Times website has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a future date. All information will be posted when it becomes available. 

In accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.,notice is hereby given that there shall be a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Rowan College at Burlington County to be held on Monday, November 3 at 5:00 pm. The Special Meeting will be held in-person and streamed live. In-person Meeting shall take place at Rowan College at Burlington County, Mount Holly Campus, Culinary Arts Center, 21 Mill Street, in Room 234 on the second
floor.  The Mount Laurel Campus is located at 3331 State Route 38, between Hartford and Briggs Roads, in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

The purpose of this meeting is to enter executive session to discuss legal update of pending litigation (Cioce v. RCBC, et al), attorney-client privilege, and discussion of personnel. Action willbe taken during public session. The Board will conduct its business according to the following agenda:

AGENDA 
I. Welcome Message and Call to Order 
II. Flag Salute 
III. Roll Call
IV. Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act
V. Swearing in of New Trustees
VI. Executive Session: The Board will enter into closed/executive session during this meeting to
discuss matters exempt from public disclosure under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b),
specifically matters falling within the attorney-client privilege, pending litigation – Cioce v. RCBC,
et al, and personnel. Any formal action resulting from executive session discussions will be
taken in open session.
