WebAdvisor Account

All currently enrolled RCBC students have access to a WebAdvisor account. WebAdvisor is RCBC's online one-stop-shop for student services and resources. Using WebAdvisor, students can register and pay for classes, view their schedule, get their grades, request transcripts, apply for graduation, update emergency contact information, and utilize more than 30 other online features. Please use this reference page to help solve any WebAdvisor login issues you may be having, and also to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it.

WebAdvisor FAQs

Q1: How do I log into WebAdvisor?
A: You can access your WebAdvisor account by visiting the RCBC homepage at rcbc.edu. Under the “Students” tab at the top of the page, you’ll find a WebAdvisor button to take you to the WebAdvisor access page.

Q2: How do I know which kind of student I am?
A: Choose the button for “Credit Students” if you are enrolled as a part-time or full-time degree-seeking student. This selection will take you directly to the WebAdvisor login screen.

Choose “Non-Credit Students” if you are enrolled in a personal or professional development course.

Choose the “LIFE Students” option if you are a current member of the LIFE program - this option is available to LIFE program members only.

Q3: What is my WebAdvisor username?
A: Your WebAdvisor username will always be your firstname_lastname. For example, if your name is John Smith, your username would be john_smith.

If you have a common name, you may have numbers as part of your username - example john_smith1234. If you are unsure if your username includes numbers, or attempting to login with your firstname_lastname does not work, please contact the Student Help Desk at ext. 1388 or studenthelpdesk@rcbc.edu for further assistance.
