Greetings Culinary & Hospitality Students and Alumni-
Our semester is soon coming to a close! We have had a very busy and productive 15 weeks! If you have not registered for the spring semester yet, please do so! If you have any questions regarding your classes please see Chef James, Nicolette or Shari. Please be on the lookout for exciting events happening in 2018!

Art Info Session
Monday, December 4, 2017
We are holding an info session to new and prospective students for Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality! Please tell fellow employees/friends if they have interest in any of these exciting and growing industries! This event will be held in the Demo Theater at 6 p.m.

Join us as the Chief shares personal stories not in his commander's book, where he will take Capt. Abrashoff's then-groundbreaking way of running a ship and relate it to your hospitality career. 

Fire and Ice
Sunday, January 28, 2018
A fun opportunity for you to showcase your hospitality and culinary skills. Please reach out if you have interest in volunteering at this annual event. We are looking for students to assist with ice carving, preparing chili, cooking demos, and many other opportunities.

Let Them Eat Cake
Sunday, February 25, 2018
Come support local businesses and our students in this charitable cake competition. The event includes goody bags and the chances to win over 40 prizes. The entire evening will include fun and fabulous cakes, live music, and unlimited wine and spirits tastings.

Other Upcoming Events

Celebration of Philanthropy
We are looking for student volunteers (need to be 21 years of age). This is an annual fundraising event held in Mount Laurel.

Practicum Hours
Are you looking to fill some of your practicum hours? See Chef James or Shari if you are interested in working during the week. We are accommodating to days and times.

Study Abroad
We have had a lot of interest in our Study Abroad to Italy! Be on the look out for an email at the beginning of next semester. We will have our first interest meeting in the beginning of February! For more information, see Shari.
