RCBC Political Science alumnus aims to argue a case before the Supreme Court

Andrew HullLike many of his peers, Andrew Hull chose Rowan College at Burlington County because it makes so much financial sense. He began as a Communications major; however, it wasn’t long before he switched to Political Science after diving into a constitutional law class.

“Professor Covil's History class and Professor Woodward's Constitutional Law class were probably my favorites in my time at RCBC. That Constitutional Law class is what initially got me thinking about going to law school one day,” Hull shared.

During his tenure at RCBC, Hull co-hosted a weekly program, Nick ‘til Six, on the college’s radio station. He also earned a seat on the Student Government Executive Board as vice president of Student Concerns.

“The school was very responsive when I’d request information on behalf of the students. I really enjoyed serving on the board and broadcasting on the radio station,” Hull said.

After graduating from RCBC, Andrew transferred to Wilmington University to finish his bachelor's degree in Government and Public Policy. He then worked on campaigns for some time before deciding that law would be a better fit for him. He recently enrolled in law school at Regent University in Virginia Beach; he’s hoping to pursue a career in civil litigation.

When he’s not busy studying, Hull enjoys playing bass, which he’s done for the past 15 years, and he occasionally takes time to race go-karts at a local track in Virginia. He also writes about politics and current events from time to time. His works have been published in the political blog  Bearing Drift.

As for his future plans, Hull hopes to someday argue a case before the Supreme Court.
