Soulful Lunch Event

Mount Holly, The Culinary Center

Guest Chef, Markese Beverly of the ChopHouse in Gibbsboro, will provide a demonstration and educate us on the background of the dish. Our culinary students and Chef James Brudnicki will provide a soulful meal, buffet style.

Fee - $15 All Attendees. Free to first 40 RCBC students. (See Student Life in TEC for pick up with a valid Student ID. Pickup hours are: 10:00 am-4:30 pm)

Tickets can be purchased from the Mount Laurel Campus Business Office - Evans Hall. Hours: 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (Mon – Fri), with extended hours on Wednesday (until 7:00 pm).
