Thanks to our premier partnership with Rowan University, we are pleased to announce that we are livestreaming a lecture with world-renowned presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin from the university to RCBC’s Enterprise Center Auditorium on Monday, Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m.

Goodwin, whose best-selling, critically acclaimed work has focused on the Roosevelts, the Kennedys, Abraham Lincoln and Lyndon B. Johnson, among others, will discuss presidential leadership.

Recipient of the Pulitzer Prize for history for “No Ordinary Time: Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt: The Home Front in World War II,” Goodwin was awarded the prestigious Lincoln Prize and the inaugural Book Prize for “American History for Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln.” Stephen Spielberg’s award-winning film “Lincoln” was based in part on her book.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information on this President’s Lecture Series event, please visit Rowan University’s website
