Celebrate Black History Month with RCBC

 A free concert by the Howard Gospel Choir, of Howard University, and a soulful lunch are highlights of Rowan College at Burlington County’s busy February events calendar in celebration of Black History Month.

Rowan College at Burlington County’s newest trustee brings Broadway experience and education advocacy

The Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) Board of Trustees welcomed its newest member Renee C. Liciaga, of Mount Laurel, at its first meeting of 2017.

Liciaga, who is active in the local education community, a free-lance choreographer and a veteran Broadway performer, was appointed by Gov. Chris Christie.

Registration is now open for RCBC's Personal and Professional Development classes.

Personal & Professional Development offers non-credit courses to the community so that all students have the opportunity to upgrade skills, pursue new ones or explore a hobby in these special courses. All age groups are represented in these credit-free courses and are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Appointments for RCBC's Give Kids A Smile day

There are still some appointments available for Rowan College at Burlington County's annual Give Kids A Smile day, Friday, Feb. 3. 

Veterans and women graduate from two new RCBC programs prepared for careers

Rowan College at Burlington County’s (RCBC) first Solar Ready Vets program graduates, and the third graduating class of the college’s Women in Sustainable Employment (WISE) program, will be celebrated on Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Enterprise Center in Mount Laurel.

Big changes coming to RCBC in 2017

In order to further her career aspirations in the medical field, Edgewater Park resident Hayley Brunetta, took advantage of one of the biggest changes coming to Rowan College at Burlington County in 2017.  

 “I did the math and it just makes sense,” said 19-year-old Brunetta of the 3+1 program.
