Celebrate Geographic Information System Day at BCC

Burlington County, Burlington County College (BCC) and the Mid-Atlantic Geospatial Transportation Users Group (MAGTUG), present hands-on activities and presentations in honor of GIS Day, an international event celebrating the value and importance of geospatial technology, on Thursday, Nov. 13 at the college’s Mount Laurel campus, between Hartford and Briggs roads on Route 38 West.

The Burlington County College (BCC) Board of Trustees welcomed a new member, Primitivo J. Cruz at its meeting on Tuesday and celebrated the reappointment of current members Chair George Nyikita, Dan Gee and Marilyn Williamson.

Burlington County College (BCC) is offering free computer seminars to help residents improve their digital literacy through its Service-Learning program.

There are four separate sessions all held at the TEC building, room 317 on the Mount Laurel campus. Residents can select as many as they like on a first come, first served basis:

Burlington County College (BCC) is hosting its annual safe trick-or-treat event at the Pemberton campus, 601 Pemberton Browns Mills Road, on Friday, Oct. 24 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. “Trunk-or-treat” at BCC is free, family-friendly and open to the community.
