Aqua Fitness

Please note the health and safety of our participants is our top priority! Participants MUST complete a Health History Questionnaire prior to class participation.

Registration Information:

  • Fax or mail upon receipt of the brochure.
  • No phone or walk-in registrations until the posted date.
  • Lessons are filled on a first come, first served basis.
  • The Registration Fees must be submitted at the time of registration. No refunds once classes have started

Senior Discount
Seniors, ages 60 and up, may apply for a 25% discount when registering for any of the following Aqua Fitness Classes.

 

Aqua Fitness Classes Include:

Advanced Aqua

Enjoy a choreographed, high intensity work out to begin your day. Use the water as a primary training tool with the option of using equipment for building muscular strength and endurance.  Come prepared to work hard and experience this total body workout. Water shoes recommended. Both swimmers and non-swimmers are invited to attend.

Deep Water Fun and Fitness

A fun, mild to moderate water exercise program conducted in the deep water. If your hips, knees, and feet can no longer take the force of land exercise or you are looking for a change in your exercise routine, come join us! To participate, you must be comfortable in water ten feet deep.

Wet Workout

Finish your evening out with this aqua exercise class…increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness with no stress on weight bearing joints. Water exercises for swimmers and non-swimmers of any age.

Aqua Intermediate

Start your mornings out with aqua exercise class…increased physical fitness and improved muscle tone can be yours, without the accompanying aches and soreness of land exercises. These water exercises are designed for swimmers and non-swimmers of any age. Join us for an exhilarating and rewarding physical conditioning program

Water Walking

Leave your gym shoes in the closet and hit the pool for a walk. Beat joint pain by using the water’s buoyancy to support body weight and reduce stress on joints. This is a non-impact class that may relieve pain, stiffness and improve your sense of well being.

All Water Exercise Instructors are AEA, USWFA, SCW Certified.
